To wear or not to wear
As mentioned in my blog, women is one BIG topic.
So before I move on, I would like remind all scorers out there to put on a helmet when playing the matches. It is one safety precaution that most players forget, especially in the heat of moment when alcohol or ego take over matters.
I remember seeing a television ad on not driving to drinking so that you won't drink and drive in the end.
My advice on this matter? Always keep some raincoat in stock whenever you're out on a date. This way, you always have sufficient cover.
I used to keep a "specially prepared kit" in a corner of the car boot during my good ol' high scoring days. This kit consists of a few Fetherlites and a tube of Play gel. Very handy, easy to stash away, and it must have saved my life on a few occasions. :)
Now I can't understand why some men and women are dodgy when it comes to putting on a raincoat. It's a life & death matter, yet (mind you) I've heard countless "just put it in" requests from my opponents. This makes no sense. The pain and agony of having flowers blooming from your privates surely exceed the pleasure of playing beach (barefoot) football for 20 minutes.
As I type this post, I'm wondering when I can use the kit that's sitting in my gym bag for a while already.
